Robyn Davies had a great reception in North Wales when he met with some of members of the NWORTH leadership team; Dr. Huw Roberts, Unit Manager; Mrs. Rhiannon Whitaker, Associate Director (Scientific); Dr. Nefyn Williams, Associate Director (Clinical), practicing GP and joint R&D Director for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

NWORTH is a National Institute for Social Care and Health Research (NISCHR) funded and UK Clinical Research Collaboration (UKCRC) fully registered Clinical Trials Unit specialising in the design, conduct, analysis and reporting of clinical trials.

The team is multi-disciplinary and multi-functional, with great experience and expertise in healthcare research and clinical studies from initial idea generation through to final publication and dissemination. The unit collaborates with a broad cross-section of healthcare professionals and clinical academics to conduct and promote randomised controlled trials (RCT's) and other high quality research in health and social care.
